There are two separate Associations charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the community’s covenants: the Master Association and the Townhome Association.
The Master Association is responsible for providing a variety of services to the community, including trash pickup, non-potable irrigation, street and sidewalk snowplowing, street maintenance, common area maintenance, maintenance of the front yards of single-family homes, covenant enforcement, and design review.
The Townhome Association is responsible for maintaining the exteriors of the townhome units, as well as the common area and the front yards surrounding them.
