Welcome to Stratton Flats Homeowners Association
Located in Gypsum, just 30 minutes from world-class skiing in Vail and Beaver Creek, Stratton Flats is the perfect place to call home in the mountains. The Town offers wonderful amenities, including nearby schools and shopping, a Pete Dye Championship golf course, and more. Stay in shape at the Gypsum Recreation Center, watch the kids enjoy the skate park, enjoy concerts at the outdoor amphitheater, and relax and beat the summer heat at the pool.
There are two separate Associations charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the community’s covenants: the Master Association and the Townhome Association.
The Master Association is responsible for providing a variety of services to the community, including trash pickup, non-potable irrigation, street and sidewalk snowplowing, street maintenance, common area maintenance, maintenance of the front yards of single-family homes, covenant enforcement, and design review.
The Townhome Association is responsible for maintaining the exteriors of the townhome units, as well as the common area and the front yards surrounding them.
